Hyatt Regency Phoenix Downtown – Hotel near airport in Phoenix

The hotel had very comfortable rooms that were ready with everything I requested, although they were a bit small. The staff seemed to control the room temperature, which made it a bit uncomfortable despite setting it myself. The cleanliness and overall niceness of the room were impressive. The service was exceptional, with kind and helpful staff who even went above-and-beyond, offering additional breakfast coupons and being very accommodating. The location was the standout feature, being close to many entertainment venues and restaurants, as well as key attractions like the US Center and Chase Field. The dining experience was okay but not the best value for money. In terms of facilities, the hotel offered convenient dry cleaning and laundry services.
